Recycled Bagel Chips

call your local bagel store in the afternoon and ask them if you can pick up the leftover bagels at the end of the night. Most bagel shops have an excess at the end of the day and are happy to give them away. Once obtained, slice the bagels starting at the end into 1/4 inch slices (or thicker if you’d like!) and bake in the oven on a cookie sheet at about 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Flip and repeat on the other side!

** tip— if you have an oven grate, use this to bake the bagel chips and you wont have to flip, because it will cook on both sides!
